Absolutely thrilled with the work we had done! The guy was so great and really knew his stuff. We even ended up having to avoid some pipes and move and electrical outlet and it went great. I had no idea you could saw an entire hole in the house like this and we are thrilled to finally have this. Great service and people and we definitely recommend.

Stuart was amazing to work with. It has been a few months now and I was just thinking about how grateful I am for our dog door that he installed. Even during all of the freezing weather the past weeks you would never even know we had a dog door open the whole time. Our house stayed nice and toasty. If you are even thinking about getting one I 100% recommend. It has been such a life changer with our dog. He was having issues, he would get anxiety and potty on our couch. Ever since we had the door installed we haven't had any more issues with him doing that in the house. No more bugs flying in the house during the summer with having the door open or cold/hot air. SO SO grateful!

The brand he uses is a very high quality product, and he also custom-cuts a piece of carpet to line the inside. I’m very pleased with the result and will definitely recommend him to friends.

I'll make this easy for my fellow yelpers. If you need a pet door installed, whether it be a Hale, or any other brand, through your glass door, or through your wall, Stuart is your guy. You don't need to call around, just contact him and you will be satisfied. We bought a dog door at Home Depot and needed an installer. We asked our regular general contractor to do it and after waiting for a month, I got on trusty ole yelp and searched for dog door. And PSPD came up. Stuart responded to my e-mail promptly and asked for some pics of the wall and specs of the door and gave me a quote via e-mail. A few days later and for about the same price as my contractor wanted, we have a very nicely installed door. And everything, from scheduling, to payment was done contact-less. We just moved to a new house and our dog need a pet door. We called the Puget sound pet door. Stuart Then stopped by our house and inspected our back door (a french door). He gave us a quote about $1000 for installing a pet door on a new glass and replace the old one from the door. He finished the whole project within one week (the new glass took five days to arrive). He also made a ramp for our dog. The new pet door has supremum quality and weather proof. Thank you Stuart, great job! We will definitely recommend him to anyone who need a pet door.
